Things like this make Youtube awesome. I fritter away a great deal of time
doing this. BUT a large percentage of families are incrementally KILLING
their family dogs (without spotting it). The crap they put in dog food will
cause malignant tumors and tends to make dogs die young.. To help save your
pet’s life make sure you have a look at Double Life Dog Diet (Look in
Google.) It’s what I did.

I almost never use the continuous , you should get my ebook you may have
big problems if you keep using it like that

Thank you for your video. I just started using the Dogtra remote today on
my 65 lb Lab Mix. This has the pager, nick and constant mode. I used the
constant mode for a 20 minute session and he was responding very well. Is
it OK to use that mode or should I be using the Pager mode? Also, is a
little head/neck tweetching normal? Thank you in advance i love your
videos.

i have one question i have a Lab 7 moths old and i just got that collar,so
i wanna know…when u started with it did i start with pager or electro? I
am affraid 2 use that electro shock cause i am not sure how dog will react
on that… one more question,how strong must be a pager force,for a
start…is it 10,20 enough?Please answer me

Why were you talking when you were using the beep thing? I’m confused. Is
there a pattern of vibration for the dog to understand or do you really
have to speak in order for them to understand?

What e-collar would you recommend for a reactive labrador retriever? I have
been reading a lot of great reviews on the Dogtra 280NCP Platinum. Would
you recommend it if I plan to use it to control my dog from becoming
uncontrollable in the presence of dogs and strangers when walking my dog?

@redgrappler the longer buzzing sound is the pager, the shorter chriping
sound os the nick in that video I think I was only using the pager

no that sound is just for the video the sound box os by the camera thats

search my videos for ”introducing the collar” we only call them when
their back is turned so hand signals are ineffective ,if you don’t have a
fenced area then definetly use a long line

Thanks-do you start with a long lead or do most dogs understand and you
gradually increase the distance? My dog usually responds to a hand signal
for come, but it isn’t as consistent as it could be.

Great video Kelly! Good combinations. I always teach dogs to do this
combinations, but through a different method. More complicated. I think,
when I’ll use the Dogtra, I’ll make my job easier.

thanks!! no need to have the dog wear the collar for awhile beforehand ,and
think of heel and come as aspects of the same behavior,so you can train
them concurrently..search the videos for ”how to keep the dog from getting
collarwise”!
